Yes, our shoes are 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. We use a patented Dyma-tex membrane integrated into the knit that keeps water out while remaining breathable.
How do I find the right size for me?
Most of our styles fit true to size. If you are a half-size, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

To maintain the waterproof membrane, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild soap. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as high heat can damage the material.
