Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vessis, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 90-day return or exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and trackable experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided directly through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn Vessis back in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
